My car was not fixed to my satisfaction. I then had to go to back to the shop and and wait an hour to have them fix it. The gentleman Paul was incredibly rude when I initially called with my dissatisfaction. My car was also brought there from another shop and I was told it would alway be transported by flat bed. That did not happen. Someone drove it back. I also had to argue to get my car transported back to the original store I dropped it off at. This whole experience has been awful.

Very positive experience. I walked in, the receptionist showed me the garage and offered me popcorn and tea. She even offered a rental car Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and had very answer to my questions. Especially since I had not been through the insiteance process before. Jake And Carla were great. I loved receiving the texts about updates.

Richard Fugier (Rich) handled nearly every aspect of the repair services for our car at caliber collision. The passenger side of our new car had just been hit really hard by a young and very inexperienced driver. Initially we were very overwhelmed and intimidated by the whole insurance/repair process because my husband and I inevitably end up with someone dishonest or focused solely on making as much money off of us as they can in the auto industry. And then typically that is accompanied by a sense of entitlement and rudeness. Rich was none of that and such a pleasant surprise for us. From the beginning he communicated fully with details, took his time explaining to us what the process would be, kept us updated and made us so much more comfortable than we thought was possible. The repairs, communication and customer service Rich provided us was such a relief especially because this all happened during the holidays. Anyone should feel extremely confident and contented when working with Rich and we sincerely appreciate his outstanding service!
