They put the hood of the vehicle on crooked so we had to come back in so they could fix it. Other than that, perfect job :)

Communication was lacking throughout the process. I had three different people to work with through different stages so I was unable to have a relationship with any one person. I dropped my car on a Monday with a different person than originally assessed the damage and when I didn't hear anything by Wednesday I called and was put in touch with yet another person. I was finishing my maternity leave and needed my car by the following Monday for work since I did not have rental insurance. I received a text Monday that the car was in final stages at 9:30 AM only to call that afternoon and find out it would not be ready until the following evening. I understand with wrong parts and unknown damage jobs can take longer than expected however I was disappointed that every time I received information about my car and the timeline it was because I called. I am unsure if I would have been able to return my rental and taken my car Tuesday night if I hadn't gone to the shop at 5.
