I had a great experience! Joe was incredibly friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of the work was superb, and they even went the extra mile and cleaned the inside of my car! It honestly feels like I have a brand-new car again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Experience at Caliber Collision! I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received at Caliber Collision for the repair of my 2012 Ford Focus. From start to finish, Jolene and Viking were absolutely awesome to work with. They kept me informed and up to date throughout the entire repair process, which made the experience easy and stress-free. I was extremely impressed with the quality of the repair work. When I picked up my car today, it looked fantastic. I was especially impressed by how clean the inside of the car was. It was clear that they took pride in their work and treated my vehicle with care. Viking also took the time to go over the entire final bill with me during checkout and made sure I understood everything. That level of communication and customer service really stood out. The receptionist is always really kind and awesome and Viking has done a wonderful job yet again. I really thank them for their efficiency and being so quick and thorough.
