The reason I give 9 because most shops after fixing the car not only cleans and make look part of the damaged part look good but also leaves entire car outside nice and shiny. It doesnt bring a full smile when seeing dusty car with a nice clean fixed part..

The Caliber staff was very helpful very friendly. Their technicians did an amazing job. The paint was matched spot on and the workmanship was wonderful and I would recommend them high than anybody need the auto body repair

Customer service was great. They stayed in contact and gave reasonable time notice when my car was going to be delayed. Dave was optimistic to explain to me whatever questions and concerns that I had. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. They were willing to give solutions to problems I had and overall just a good experience.

Entire staff did an amazing job getting my vehicle back on the road! Ben took charge and had parts ordered and fixed the sliding side door quickly! Looks and works great! The truck is nearly perfect it looks great. The roof still has a very difficult to see finger tip size dent and in the right light you can see swirls from the buffing on the repaired side
