Actual repair seemed fine, the a few days later some issues arose.

I was repeatedly told I would get updates if anything changed and never did. I was told once the part arrived ( which could take months) I would be notified. I was not. I called (again) to check and was told “it just arrived). Every time I called some major change had happened but neither Travelers nor Caliber had called to inform me, repeatedly delaying the repair of the vehicle.

I had a fantastic experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly and kept me informed throughout the entire repair process. They made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. The quality of work was excellent. My car looked good as new when I picked it up. They paid attention to every detail and was apparent they take pride in what they do. Customer service was outstanding. Viking and team were helpful, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about making sure I was informed and satisfied. I would recommend this location to anyone needing reliable and high quality auto repair!
