Was concerned about the repair and it took a bit longer than originally quoted! Then it was explained to me that Insurance nickel and dines cost for repair over speed of repair!! I understood!! Arthur was fabulous !! My car looks fantastic Thank you Caliber Collision

We were asked to drop off the vehicle on a Thursday morning. Expected the repair to be turned around in one day as it was a driver side mirror replacement. The car was finally ready 6 days later. The mirror came in wrong which should have been verified prior to dropping the car off. Ended up fixing the original mirror with a plastic weld. If we knew the mirror would have been longer than one day, we would not have scheduled the repair in a Thursday. It was discussed no deductible would be required as all parties had the same Erie Insurance and Caliber works direct with Erie. Picked up the car 6 days later and was asked to pay the deductible. Response was most people pay the deductible and then deal with the insurance afterwards. Not our responsibility to “deal” with the insurance afterwards. The quality of the repair is exceptional however the miscommunication on the turn around time was pitiful.
