I was sad that my rear-ending another car, resulted in our Ford Edge being totaled. So I honestly can’t say I was satisfied with the repair. However the staff was very professional and kind, making me feel as at “ease” as possible. I understand that after the hood was lifted, there was more damage than previously anticipated. They were also courteous.

Only feedback would be the vehicle was missing its license plates which is not a caliber issue but no communication regarding the plates from nationwide cohort or caliber. Just was an inconvenience not communicated between the three parties to the owner. The issue was fixed and resolved. No issues. Just wished it was communicated at some level to owner of vehicle.

The work on my car looks great. I appreciate the woman at the front desk, that I did not get the chance to ask her name, she was informative on everything I had to sign and was very nice. Jesus kept updates each time until my car was ready for pick up!
