It's not a large shop and has a more personal feel. I have used another caliber collision shop before in another city that did very good work but not quite the personal feel that this one did. The only complaint that I have, is the lack of parking, which the employees have no control.

My window is not working as it was before the accident, my “GLI” badge is not straight, & I still have bent frame damage; plus worst of all my car DID NOT GET THE ALIGNMENT THAT PROGRESSIVE DID COVER!

I am not recommending these butchers to anybody I know, and I am already telling my friends to not use “caliber collision”, and I will be doing so until my last breath! Mexicans need to obey USA rules & speak English to Americans wile working for American dollars in America! Using CHEAP mexican labor is no way to do Business! They did not do the job of fixing my car, so I will NEVER be recommending your HORRIBLE & DISHONEST shops! I am telling all my Custamer's & clients about this awful experience & showing them pictures of the messed up work I was provided! This is your fault! You should have fixed my car “GOOD” not just put a band-aid over the dents in my car & called it fixed! My car is NOT repaired!

My car was not repaired to the state it was before I dropped it off! I was NOT kept informed about progress to my car, & no one was wearing clean clothes at that location; also, no one spoke fluent english there! This is America, we speak ENGLISH in the country!!!!!

Accommodated that I live out of the area. When part arrived, it was painted and ready for installation. The morning I arrived, the part was installed and I was on my way. Office gal was hospitable and delightful. Would come here again.
