Staffs were nice and understanding. I notice a piece missing but after sending a picture of the part, they were right on it. It would be nice if everything was oem as fitments on non OE are sub-par.

Jesus was amazing the whole way. He kept me informed and updated and was sensitive to the situation and distress I was under with the incident. I couldn’t have asked for a better lead. Raydean was also amazing, she was so patient with me and explained everything completely. I felt so at ease with my car being taken care of by caliber collision.
