The communication protocol incorporating multiple touch points a week was incredible and well received. Then, the dedication to come in on a Saturday to finish the car and return it to me several days earlier than expected is very much appreciated. Cleaning crews did a wonderful job as well, smelt and felt like new.

Not thrilled that our car was returned with an error light on that wasn’t there when we brought it in. The USB port that never worked correctly after the wreck also wasn’t repaired. The car smelled gross upon return—musty, like dirty, damp people had been in it, and when I asked about the wet drivers side seat belt I was told it was from trying to clean it. There shouldn’t have been any reason to clean the seatbelt, and it absolutely did not smell like cleaning products (or anything clean at all). It’s a car that doesn’t look great cosmetically—but it absolutely did not smell gross when I dropped it off, and now it does. I’m don’t want a call back. I’m tired of dealing with an uninsured motorist and now this on top of it, but Caliber Collision mechanics need to do better.

A real lack of communication to the customer at time of completion to return to customer. I stopped in to confirm completion, but the front desk lady wouldn't confirm that the work was done, nor would she check with someone who would know the answer. The car was finished early in the day, but I wasn't called til late afternoon.
