First of all, the body work was beautiful. And I so appreciated how accommodating everyone was. They made every effort to see that arrangements were as convenient as possible for me. I also appreciated the text updates. And I especially appreciated how clean the car was, inside and out. Finally, Mike is very special and truly cares about his customers and doing the best job he can for them.

The Constant updates on the status of repairs both via text and calls from the service manager was great. The speed of repair was also impressive.

The replacement front bumper is a different color than it was when it went in, but it looks decent anyway, so I'm just leaving it that way. The updates were nice and all my questions were answered. Great service from everyone involved!
