Jeffrey Pilcher, Selective Representative was absolutely awful. I would rate my dealings with him a zero. Although I obtained and shared the police report and had parties from my vehicle call him, it took over a month to get approval for repairs. He often did not reply to me and only after I threatened to contact the DOBI, did I get any satisfaction. He should not be dealing with people. The woman who took my call from Caliber was useless. Despite a 20 minute call and setting up an appointment, when I arrived, nothing was scheduled. She literally told me she had done nothing. Why would she not call me prior? Ben from Caliber was excellent. Once he staples in, the process moved along quickly. Repaired within a week. Enterprise charged us $100 by accident. Took three days to get a refund. Again, Ben was helpful in rectifying the situation
