Ben was very understanding of the situation and even offered to stay until I was able to pick up the car. He let me know they would return the rental car; that was one less issue with which I had to deal. I greatly appreciated the updates on the car. Even when I was frustrated on the lengthy repair, Ben was understanding of the circumstance.
