I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Marlton. They did an awesome job on my car and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. The entire process took about a week and a half, which I thought was very reasonable. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the repair. My car looks as good as new, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision in Marlton to anyone needing repairs.

The folks at Caliber Collision in Marlton did a beautiful job on my car. It is less than a year old and once again it looks like the day I drove off the lot. While the tech/mechanic team did their magic in the garage, I want to praise the office staff. Particularly Brenda and Georgeanne. My accident was traumatic enough for me. However the impact was magnified because it occurred while I was 26 days into dealing with an extreme injury to my 96-year old Mom. Brenda (estimator) and Georgeanne (admin) were so calm, efficient and compassionate about the stress I was feeling. They kept me posted regularly. They helped me coordinate with rental car and insurance in ways I did not know about. Their support was so graciously offered that I really felt cared for…they are wonderful. Please give them a raise❣️🙂🙏🏻

Friendly staff. They went above and beyond to assist me in a very stressful time. It gave me the space to deal with other issues that happened with this accident. They did a great job on the original repair. But in the process they stained the drivers seat. When this was pointed out to the owner, the day after picking up the car, he indicated he would have the stains repaired. Unfortunately I never heard from him again. I called and left messages but as of this writing he has not returned my calls. I do not recommend this business.
