Outstanding vehicle issues are big concern if there is right personnel engaged to resolve problems.

Initial analysis took much longer than promised period. After that further delays multiple times due to parts sourcing. Finally, when the vehicle was handed over, there were still two outstanding issues (Tire pressure sensors not functioning) as well as squeaky noise on the driver rear wheel side that does not have a proper timeline for resolution yet.

The staff at the Caliber location in Ewing NJ are wonderful. Great service and very welcoming. I wouldn’t trust my vehicle to anyone but the staff at Caliber. Work was done quickly and my car looked beautiful

While the actual repair was outstanding, the repair crew accidentally left the seat belt buckle trapped under the rear seat and did not properly tighten the battery terminals, which led to my car losing power several times in the hours after I'd picked it up. This required an additional visit to the garage.
