It was a very good, stress-free experience. Brian was excellent and my vehicle looks wonderful. Although I live in Maryland, I would come back here to get any body work done.

When I received my car back I noticed discoloration on a spot above the repair location. I asked that it be fixed and was met with attitude and foul words. I was very disappointed and displeased with the behavior of the estimator. I was in an understanding mood after all. He said all he could to deflect instead of taking care of the issue. His behavior made me take a even closer look at the job. The bumper doesn't match the car. My rental was trash. Barely ran properly and I had to keep putting air in the tires. Very unnerving. The receptionist Marybell was the most pleasant part of my experience. I will never use or refer this place to anyone. Glad it is over. Your service providers suck

The perfectly restored the part of my car that had been damaged and even replaced the wind shield that had been lost. The washed the car when they finished so everything looked extremely clean and perfect
