Caliber on North Olden Road in Ewing NJ was great. My car was hit while parked. I had never experienced this before and they patiently guided me through the insurance procedures. The rental car arrangements were fast and great. The repairs were finished ahead of the estimate and the damage was repaired perfectly. They were very compliant with Covid virus protection and they thoroughly cleaned both inside and out. I hope I don’t have an accident needing body work but if I do I will take it to Caliber!

The staff (Lucy and Brian) who I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Brian kept me abreast of the progress on my car and explained in detail the issues. He notified me of a voluntary recall on my car, and advised I go the the dealer for repair. He went above and beyond Caring for his customer!
