Very friendly and helpful during the whole process. Angela went above and beyond, she helped with car rental and talked to claims at my insurance company ( I was having issues with the claim rep). Anna was also great. Both women was so friendly and easy to talk to. Also the gentleman ( I think his name was John) so friendly help me empty my car out even checked the trunk. They keep me updated with work status, I would highly recommend Caliber Collision. My car looks great I give them a 10 . Also they have great popcorn ???? Gloria

I was impressed that even though there was a problem with the first replacement bumper, the Caliber Collision still made it a point to get the car back to us before the weekend since we were scheduled to leave on an out-of-state trip the following Monday. The agents we worked with were outstanding.
