The paint job was blurry and thick. It was obvious that I had body work done. You had to take it back and redo the work. When it was completed the second time it looked great.

Only reason I could not give a 10 was because the insurance would not cover repainting the whoole door, so small chips are remaining away from the accident area.

The first time I got the car it died 2 miles out from the shop due to an outside vendor's inappropriate repair. The guys got me right away and gave me a free rental car while they diagnosed the issue. They then found another issue and took care of that, so I couldn't be happier or feel that my car and I were well taken care of.

They went over and beyond every time. A couple of times one staffer said the car was ready but another staffer said no; that was my only concern.
