Wonderful group of people. They finished my car way before I was expecting it to be done. I had an easy issue when picking up my car and everyone was extremely helpful. The wait to get my car in was a little long but after my experience, everything was worth it. 10/10 best experience I’ve had with getting my car fixed after an accident.

I would rate this location a 10—I'm very likely to recommend Caliber Collision based on my experience here. The team was professional, communicative, and delivered excellent service. However, I want to note that my husband had a very different experience at a location in St. Louis, MO, where he was dissatisfied. So while I strongly recommend this specific location, I can't speak to the consistency across all Caliber Collision centers.

From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I was kept informed with timely updates, and the repairs were completed with precision and care. The staff was professional, courteous, and clearly committed to quality service. My car looks fantastic, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I just need to add one more comment: I even took my vehicle back today due to an unknown noise, and they jumped right in—found the problem, fixed it, and had me on my way within 30 minutes. Now that’s excellent customer service, and they did it all with a big SMILE.
