We were well taken care of. I love how we were sent updates and we even asked for specific pictures. They sent those to me as well. The service was wonderful. They're like a family oriented place. I can't speak highly enough. I haven't had any trouble as its only been a few days. If I need to go back for any issues, I'll update accordingly. Car looks beautiful!

Vehicle was brought in for repairs due to collision with loss of power was told vehicle was running fine got in vehicle ran very rough and broke down same day. Have had to pay out of pocket dor all expenses including rental until a new estimator was assigned to evaluate damage. Do not use Caliber Collision as they are not a reliable source for car repairs will leave you and your family stranded on the road.

Was spoken to in person by their mechanics kevin whom denied any problems with vehicle when it was highly apparent vehicle was not running correctly. Was told vehicle was drove but mileage had minimal to no change after receiving vehicle. Looked me in my face and said it was fine broke down within 24 hours should never have driven off the lot.

The texting about when our car would be completed was all over the place. One the same day we received the text saying that our car was going to be finished in a few days and then two hours later we received a text that it was ready to be picked up, but they hadn’t replaced our windshield yet. When we discussed the amount we were quoted for the windshield replacement, the lady at the shop argued with us that the price was too low and it should have cost more. We explained that the person at the glass shop quoted us the lower price 3 times and even sent us the quote in writing. The lady at the body shop we so upset about the price we were quoted for the windshield, that she kept talking about it to us when we went to pickup our car and tried to have us pay for it at the shop even though we already paid for it with the glass shop.
