The texting about when our car would be completed was all over the place. One the same day we received the text saying that our car was going to be finished in a few days and then two hours later we received a text that it was ready to be picked up, but they hadn’t replaced our windshield yet. When we discussed the amount we were quoted for the windshield replacement, the lady at the shop argued with us that the price was too low and it should have cost more. We explained that the person at the glass shop quoted us the lower price 3 times and even sent us the quote in writing. The lady at the body shop we so upset about the price we were quoted for the windshield, that she kept talking about it to us when we went to pickup our car and tried to have us pay for it at the shop even though we already paid for it with the glass shop.

As I told them when I picked up car. I've always been treated well when I've taken my car there. They are up front about cost and length of time to repair. If there are different options available they tell me and let me make that decision. They keep me informed if there are delays. The work is always done well. If anything is missed or not to your satisfaction they are quick to correct it. As long as they continue this kind of service and quality of work I will always have my work done there.
