I really appreciated the willingness to replace my LED headlight bulb but now it flashes while driving. I'm not sure why it is doing that but I need to figure it out soon before I get pulled over. Otherwise I am completely satisfied.

Caliber worked seamlessly with my insurance so that I didn’t even have to lift a finger or worry about anything. There was communication throughout the entire process. My car came back cleaner than when it got dropped off. The one and only tiny little thing I would suggest is to avoid confusion with the agreement emails. I received an email with an agreement attached to it but I don’t think I was asked to sign it in the body of the email. Then I received a second email asking me to electronically sign an agreement which was quick and easy. Clearer expectations would be good. I hope I don’t have to use a collision shop again, but if I do I’ll be glad to come back to Caliber Collision.

In the unlikely event that something happens to anyone else’s vehicle, I would totally recommend that they take it to caliber. I don’t think I would ever take anything else anywhere else.
