I have never had an experience like this one. The texts daily made me feel that u cared about where my car was in the process of being fixed and wanted to ease my mind. From the moment that I walked into the Lexington Dr. Office Marsha and David were kind, upbeat, caring, and informative. Then when it was moved to the Farragut office, Jeremy texted me everyday and I felt informed. When I stopped by the office a couple of days before it was finished, Stacey was so kind with her explanation of how things had gone and what would happen going forward. I then got a call the same day from Jeremy who told me exactly what was going on and worked things out so that I could get my car sooner than I thought. Upon picking my car up Jeremy walked me out to the car and it looked like nothing had happened to it. I will be telling anyone that asks for a car repair from an accident about my experience with Caliber Collision:) it truly was a fantastic experience!!

Extremely happy and satisfied with every aspect of service. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the Caliber rep, Jeremy Copeland was outstanding. My car looks like it is new, especially after it was cleaned up, which was unexpected. I would definitely recommend Caliber Farragut to anyone needing collision repair.
