I appreciated Bridget Mork keeping me informed through the entire process of getting my truck repaired. There was a delay in delivery from the original estimate due additional work needing to be done, but Bridget kept me informed through the entire process. The truck was repaired to my expectations and I'm happy with the work.

Upon trying to pick up car, my husband noticed there was damage to car caused by staff during repair. The passenger side back car door seem was damaged through paint by either excessive sanding or buffing. He did not take the car.

Went to pick my car up and could see the primer on the edge of the rear driver side quarter panel that had been missed in the spray booth, so needless to say I didn t except it so hear we are waiting some more on the repairs.

Everything looks great and you were very easy to work with but the only reason for a 9 instead of a 10 is because the new headlight gets moisture inside it. Just noticed the other day.
