My estimator was easy to work with. She ordered the needed parts right away and kept me informed when the parts arrived. The repair was done in a very timely manner. The estimate I received was higher than the actual cost of the repair. I was pleasantly surprised when the total cost of the repair was reduced upon my picking up the vehicle. I would definitely use Calibur Collision if I have a future need for auto body repair work.

I unfortunately hit the quarter panel on my vehicle with my other vehicle and I didn’t want to do a claim through my insurance and deal with raised premiums. I had heard great things about Caliber Collision and I had the pleasure of dealing with service advisor Bridget Mork, she went out of her way to save me money on the parts. They done an outstanding job on my vehicle and kept me informed throughout the process. I still can’t believe how fast they got my vehicle back to me because I have always dealt with shops that always took weeks longer than they stated in the estimate and they usually always costed me more than the initial estimate but definitely not the story with this shop and I will refer them to anyone who needs auto body repair.

Pretty great service overall, some minor scheduling hiccups due to insurance policy differences but I was ultimately taken care if as a result. I have identified a few blemishes in the respray and I will need to follow up but i don't hold that against farm bureau.
