My car was damaged during repair. I need to bring my car again back to there for them to fix the damage they caused. This is a very frustrating situation because how come they are not attend to not make any scratches or chips during repairs. My car was full of scratches and chips after repairing. Oh also, they made a new red paint chips on my car, which is White.

My main concern was the time limit on my rental car due to my insurance. You always do a great job, and got my car back to me only one day after my insurance rental coverage expired. Everything seems in tiptop shape. I also appreciate the easy communication you established between us.

Ashley was great! She kept us up to date with how things were progressing and made it easy for us to get back on the road again. The vehicle looked better than ever when I picked it up. They even did a light detailing job on it, which I did not expect. I have used Caliber before for another vehicle repair and I will use them again (if needed).

First off my car looks awesome! I dropped my car off on the 9th of June and was expecting it to take over a month to be repaired based on my friends and families experiences and other collision shops. To my surprise it only took 18 days! Hunter kept me updated via text frequently therefore I never once had to call for an update. To top it all off when I picked my car up today the inside of my car was super clean! I’d recommend you guys to anyone!
