I'm happy with the overall experience with Caliber Collison. You guys kept me informed throughout the repair and I was honestly impressed by the professionalism and customer service. If I had any critique of my experience it would be that I was expecting my Jeep to be washed at the very minimum on the outside. I noticed some white shaving on the exterior of my jeep that I'm assuming is from the repair process. Other then that you guys where great and would definitely recommend

The repair team did great work on my vehicle and was excellent in ensuring I was updated regularly about the status of the repairs. Thank you for your great work. My only issue with the entire process was that a chip in my windshield cracked during transport between facilities.

I had a dent on the opposite side of my car that I wanted my insurance company to address but they told you not touch it. That would have totally restored my car
