I would recommend the business based on the quality of the work. However, the team came across as avoidant, which made the experience more unpleasant than it needed to be. For customers who rely on this service to get their vehicle repaired and get back on the road, clear communication and proactive updates are especially important. Being acknowledged by the front desk or office team is also important. A simple “Hello, we’ll be right with you.” goes a long way, rather than being met with a look away or feeling ignored.

I visited twice, drop off and pick up. Each time I arrived I was not greeted by anyone, the receptionist busied herself and let me stand there. None of the reps in the front office acknowledge me. I had to speak up to get the receptionist to assist me. It was unexpected that they would not greet nor acknowledge a customer standing at the counter. Additionally the completion time kept getting pushed out and I was not being updated. I had to call several times to ask about the car.

My representative Darlene was amazing. She explained the process itemized my bill and answered all my questions. i felt comfortable and confident that I selected the right company.. I was totally satisfied when I picked up my vehicle not only was the body work superb they detailed my car. I will definitely refer them to my friends . .
