After bringing my car back because the door was not closing without using more force than I ever have before. I was told to wait a week and if no better to bring it back in...

All the personnel were very cordial but the repair (REPLACEMENT) of the drivers door thus far is unsatisfactory. I brought it back 2 days later stating the doir is not closing smoothly at all..I'm having to use more force in order for it to close..more than I ever have.. I was told to wait a week and if no better bring it back in...this evening driving home in gusty wind my door was wistling...

Firstly- just the insurance is in Bix’s name. The KIA is in mine. The repairs look outstanding! The SUV can back to me quicker than expected & cleaner than when it was dropped off.
