"Your company has the best communication day today I have ever seen or dealt with before I couldn't believe the first text that I got the next day after I brought it to them explaining to me what they were going to do the whole process cuz I've never been in an accident and I responded on the text and I thought oh probably I won't get any responses probably a robot AI whatever cuz that's what I'm used to having to deal with and I got a response from my text immediately and I knew it was one of the ladies in the office communicating with me and I couldn't believe it I was just blown away I was like this is the most respectfulest thing I've ever seen they actually are giving me a human being that is talking to me on my text and not some robot or AI that meant so much to me because I am not a computer savvy person on 51 years old I didn't learn computers in high school we had typing classes and I don't there is nothing that I hate worse than dealing with an AI or robot whatever because every time you call anywhere now that's what you get they communicated with me everyday on what was going on with my car the process they were doing that day I mean it was amazing that is so beyond the top professional I couldn't believe it I was I was just blown away and to not have to speak to some robot or AI person on there and not get a text message back from a real person I couldn't believe it I mean I really couldn't believe it I felt so special and so respected and that my business that I brought to you guys mattered just with the communication that I was given so I thank you so much for that because that is an amazing feeling when you get to speak to a real person keep up that part of your business that you do because that means a lot to people there is a lot of people that don't know a lot of computers and where we live on the island and in Fernandina Beach it's mostly seniors and everybody wants you to get down with this new technology and these seniors and the people my age never learn these kind of things so they're not used to them and they don't know how to do things that way so this is very helpful in the way you do this thank you so much for being a normal business by continuing to do that and I'm so glad you haven't fallen into this corporate setting of how they do business you're remembering the small things that matter to customer's" Read less

One new front panel is sticking out. Amy says it may correct itself but I will be back if not.

New Front panel sticks out a bit. Amy said it might self-correct, but it has not. I think Imshould bring the car back.
