Firstly- just the insurance is in Bix’s name. The KIA is in mine. The repairs look outstanding! The SUV can back to me quicker than expected & cleaner than when it was dropped off. My experience with Caliber Collision was great. Blanca answered all my questions, explained the process and was so kind and patient throughout the process. There were some issues the insurance provider had to work thru, but these were no way the fault of Caliber. Blanca offered assistance to help the insurance provider however she could. She was so patient and kept me informed the whole time. This situation only took a couple of days, so it did not delay the repair. The techs did an amazing job on the repair to the fender, door and rear quarter panel. The car looks like new. My experience was stress-free and worry-free with the entire Caliber staff and crew. Job well done.
