Your staff was very professional and kept communication open. The inspection and estimate were done in a very timely manner. We were well informed of the progress on the repair. My only complaint is the length of time it takes. Those of us with drivable vehicles should be able to use them until your shop has received all of the parts for repairs tho begin.
