Caliber caused additional damage to my car when completing the repairs from the accident. As of today they have refused to fix the additional damage they created even though they have pictures to prove the damage occurred while my van was with them. I have a meeting tomorrow with a regional leader to hopefully solve the issue however the store general manager’s response to the issue was that he doesn’t care if they lose business.
