Zero communication on increases in quote. Trying to use non OEM parts on a brand new vehicle. Luckily they didn’t fit…. Because they don’t exist! Also. It’s a lease it can’t have aftermarket parts. Paint job was sub par. Paint lines not straight. I will not use again. But glad to be done.

We loved the smooth process start to finish as Jackie kept us well informed of the progress of our car repair. That helped a lot. And then to see it in perfect shape today and totally clean on the inside as well as outside gave a lot of joy and happiness. Some paint was chipped at the front end of my car where they did some work on my trim and just below passenger side headlights I notified them today and they said that they would take care of it which I definitely greatly appreciate so once those repairs are done I will definitely give a higher rating and also the black trim. You can see where it’s kind of vent. She did let me know that they had replaced part of that trim so that’s something I would like for them to take care of too because it wasn’t that way prior to.
