We accidentally left a pair of Rayban sunglasses in the rental and no one at caliber could find them and no one at enterprise had them. So upset to lose a favorite pair of sunglasses

The repair took over 5 weeks when I was told 2-3 weeks. It was very costly to have a rental for that amount of time.

I'm sure it's difficult for non techs (like me) to discern much difference between repair jobs. What I can discern is superior customer, relational, comforting service. Great dealing with Fishers IN USA Caliber. Especially Amy (on the phone, and dealing with insurance) and Anthony (lobby conversation, also graciously shuttled me for pickup of repaired CR-V). I have to bring the car back again because a seal along the windshield did not adhere properly, and must be replaced again. Since I didn’t pick up the car from the shop until almost a week after it was finished, it’s disappointing that this couldn’t have been fixed during that time, and avoided the need to bring the car back again.

Full experience was top notch. Communication, time of delivery was A+. However there is a noise from what we believe is coming from the exhaust. There is a whistle noise when you accelerate that is noticeable. We need to have this reviewed. We will contact you shorty to have it looked at.
