Asia (Britton Park location) was amazing. She kept me undated and was uber professional. In addition, I went to the wrong Caliber Collision to pick up my car. The front desk help me out tremendously and was able to get someone to take me to the right location. The Technology Lane location deserves accommodations as well for the excellent customer service.

Our GMC Sierra truck was done ahead of schedule. We appreciated the daily communication with updates about the progress. The truck looks great. Really pleased about how well the truck damage was taken care of with it looking like new!

Communication was great through the text messaging system that kept me constantly up-to-date on the status. I only had a question once and I called and was given a quick easy and immediate answer. I’m a firm believer that communication is key… With it the worst situation is never that bad, without it. The best situation is never that good. You guys did great!

The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied by the repair. They were professional and courteous and very responsive. Caleb worked hard with insurance company to ensure my needs were met and car was repaired to like nee quality. They kept me updated and informed on the progress. I highly recommend.

My only concern was the original estimate was 1300 however in the final bill was over 2500. If I were paying out-of-pocket that would’ve been very concerning.
