I went too many places for quotes before choosing caliber. The customer service was not a good experience and I was given some ridiculous prices. My intial contact Caliber was wirh Mark. He was very unresponsive. However after complaining and they put me in contact with Shan. I was very satisfied with his compassionate, sense of urgency customer service. He made sure I understood what was going on. I felt very safe confident that everything was going to be fine. I felt he very transparent with me. Even though was challenged to me one of my clients needs. Thanks Shan for an awesome job! Your the best!
