The staff at Caliber are amazing! Loren, please forgive me if I spelled her name wrong, was excellent. My van looks great and I appreciate how they handled the repairs as my van is an accessible van and I drive from my wheelchair so I couldn’t just leave it there. I also appreciate that a lot of your employees were wearing the red shirts and on the sleeve it had the American Flag and RED, remember everyone deployed as I’m Retired Army myself! I thank all of you there at Caliber, great work, great job!👏

There was a lack of communication with delays. I feel I had to go out of my way to get my questions answered, and one employee was frankly disrespectful. There was definitely friendly staff, and the repair looks nice from what I've seen so far! I don't see any issues. Just the communication and lack of customer service on behalf of one staff member.
