I’ve already spoken with Joe. The person assigned to my case was supposed to call me every other day with updates and I received no calls. When I did call I was given conflicting stories, and the texts I received didn’t actually match the work schedule. The detail/pinstripe on my car is grey on one side and black on the other. Joe said he will fix that but I have to find time to go back. I was told the door was being replaced and it was not. Overall not a great experience.
