Areas of concern: 1) I requested an estimate for other areas on the car for repair which was not addressed 2) I had to call for repair estimate and service updates 3) Replacement color is not a complete match, darker and hue is a bit redder. I know because I have previous experience (10-yrs) formulating automotive colors for DuPont.

Jorge kept us posted on the progress of the vehicle and the repairs. When picking up our vehicle which was done 8 days earlier than predicted he also checked in the rental car so we didn’t have to worry about it.

I've used Caliber before , done good work. My only issue was that my floor covers driver and passenger was never returned when work was done on my Buick LaCrosse. Outside of that the workmanship was fine.

Took longer than expected but communication was excellent and always had prompt response and as far as I see it looks as if it done properly. Would refer to anyone. Jorge was great to work with.
