I guess I have to show them the lump of paint on my hood And let them know that that’s possible that there might be a mistake sir accidents or things that are overlooked I don’t know what went wrong

Nick V was excellent! He was extremely professional and courteous. The 2 girls at the front desk were gracious. The whole operation at Calibre was seamless I have a couple of issues under the hood and will bring the car back next week to address. One of which is the horn. It sounds smothered to me. Really sounds like a 100 year old horn.
