Satisfactory. The recent hurricane Sally initially caused excessive damages to vehicles. The pandemic may have caused a shortage of skilled workers. Combined the two may have been the cause of an extended repair time of 30 days for my cars minor damage. Along with 30 days of car rental from Enterprise.

This is my first time having my car repaired. I am very pleased with the service with my car and the service inside of the office. The communication was on point and everyone kept me updated. They answered all my questions and always get back to me promptly with unanswered questions.

When I picked up my truck it wa great but never any mask wearing. As I am high risk it sends me a message that you don’t care about me. Also when I dropped my truck off the girl at the desk was in a mood or something.
