Extremely slow service. A month for a repair with all parts already in. Get a text to say vehicle is ready, end up having to wait because vehicle doesn't have all notes added to it by caliber. Truck won't start right away because it has sat for so long. How has it not been started up? It's been moved from parking spot, to repair, to a parking spot? It should have been started just today going from detailing to the ready lot. Has it been sitting in the ready lot longer than we've been told? We hopefully will never have to use Caliber again. Please don't bother contacting me unless you're willing to give a bit of a refund.
