Originally, my car was estimate to be completed at January 25th, but it was delayed, and delayed again until February 8th. The first time I was on the phone about the first estimate, I have confirmed my phone number was correct. I did not get any updates about the delay until I called. Afterwards, I have left my phone number for updates 3 times each time I call for updates, but only got one call back. Apparently the rest went to my mother instead.
