He kept me updated throughout the entire repair process & always made sure I knew what was going on with my car. My car was completed earlier than the estimated completion date as well! I took my vehicle here before and it was amazing after this experience. I am extremely disappointed. My pick up was scheduled to be at 3:30 at 4 o’clock. The vehicle was shown to me with compound as my kids were waiting at daycare. I had to leave as I was already late and they wanted to keep the vehicle to try to fix repairs on site, which is very unprofessional at such a high professional shop and recognized as caliber collision.

They could not find my factory oem lights and downgraded me Vehicle had compound splatter all over side and roof and tech Jesus blamed me as if I brought the vehicle like that, upon reviewing pictures, the vehicle did not have any splatter marks upon arrival. I spoke with him and the manager, and expressed my concerns and found myself going back-and-forth in an argument, which I told them I do not want to participate it’s not about who’s right or who’s wrong the pictures are the proof.
