Took long and again, front desk was not nice and not informative. If you have a job that answers the phone and greats people, at least put in a fake smile

I was tossed between 2 advisors and 1 Manager the got fired in the process. Poor communication to no communication with Lisa. I had to babysit the whole process. Truck still has marker on it from the crash. Only one bumper bracket was replaced so the bumper doesn’t sit flush with the fenders. Oil dripping underneath don’t know if it’s from what they fixed? 32 miles was put on my truck and no answer to why. No response from caliber for 2 days now.
