Caliber Collision went above and beyond my expectations! I had a rather minor fender bender however it was one that would lead to quick tickets and unsafe travels on the road. I had assumed the repairs would take at least a week to obtain parts, repair and paint.. no. Caliber (Forest Lake) had my truck back to me in just over 48 hours! Bev and Heidi were so sweet to work with, they answered all of my questions and kept me very informed about every detail along the way! They handled all of my insurance "stuff" and I didn't have to do any arguing with the insurance myself, they DID IT ALL! Caliber Collision of Forest Lake truly restored the rhythm of my life! As a mom of 6, being without my Suburban for a lengthy amount of time was a major dread I had feared. Little did I know they would be so on top of their game! I have never been more satisfied by any other auto shop in my entire life! Thank you to the crew at Forest Lake Caliber! You guys are a phenomenal team!
