Morning! When I first came in to get and estimate the entire staff were friendly, kind and professional. Quite a combination. I felt like I mattered. Bev was truly amazing and Julie took extra care in inspecting my vehicle but also took time to talk to me and explain each step Heidi....well I cannot say enough about her. She was so respectful and met me outside because of the chaos we find ourselves in. In addition she kept me updated on the repair of my vehicle. She’s very special. Although I didn’t meet Dave when picked up my Jeep it was repaired and cleaned to perfection. I hope I have the names correctly stated. Seriously everyone we met at caliber took great care to see we were satisfied but also extra thoughtful regarding the covid-19. Sincerely Rita

Staff were friendly and helpful. The repair was done quickly and is beautiful I was pleasantly surprised to see the interior of the car was returned cleaner than I left it! Caliber staff coordinated with the car rental company which was very convenient. I would not hesitate to recommend Caliber Collision.
