Very good experience. From the initial phone call to the pickup. Heidi was great and always kept me in the loop during the repairs. My only zonk is that the detail could have been better. The glass was pretty dirty/dusty (interior) and the floor mats were not washed (driver side) both were clean at drop off. Maybe remind that department of your operation to step up their game like the rest of the Caliber Team! Kudos Caliber of Forest Lake!
