After waiting for weeks to get car in, car was dropped off on a monday 7am, i was told on a friday that it has been assigned to a technician. This long wait time between drop off and start of repairs is very costly fir car rental since insurance pays only for a certain amount.

The service was wonderful and the staff friendly and knowledgeable. My car was repaired ahead of its estimated time, a few days ahead of Christmas. I definitely recommend Caliber!

Tire pressure was 30 lbs when I picked the car up. Should be 36 lbs. Might be a good idea to check it on long term repairs. VERY impressed with efficiency of service, communication and results.

Work should not have been scheduled until parts were in. I had a phone call from my insurrance adjuster that Caliber (Abbra) had aleady been paid.. perhaps she meant the money had been alloted??

Having the text updates was very informative, and I felt like it kept me up to date with the repair process. Car looks great. My biggest thumbs up would go to Max at the forest lake, MN location. He treated my car as if it was his. He went far above and beyond making sure every single detail was up to my standards. He kept me informed when something needed to change, or there was an issue regarding the repairs. If he doesn’t own/manage that location, I would be surprised. Overall, great service and would definitely recommend caliber.
